OUR PROCESS

Use our contact form to share the details of your upcoming event, and we’ll be in touch within 24 hours to begin planning your experience.
2.Let's Chat!
We’ll reach out to schedule a Zoom or phone consultation, giving us the chance to connect and get to know each other. During this conversation, we’ll ensure our vision aligns with yours, so every detail of your day is captured as you imagine.
3.Sign the Contract
Once we confirm your date, timeline, event, and coverage, we’ll prepare a tailored quote that includes any optional add-ons.
After you’ve approved the quote, we’ll send over your contract for signature — and once it’s signed and the retainer is received, your date is officially reserved.
4.Event & Photo Delivery
The day of your event has arrived, and we’ll be there to capture every meaningful moment with care and attention.
Afterward, your images and videos will be delivered according to the following timeline:
- Portraits & Events: 1–2 weeks
- Weddings – Photos: 4–5 weeks
- Weddings – Video: Up to 8 weeks
All deliverables are provided through a private, online gallery, making it simple to view, download, and share your memories with loved ones.
FAQ
What Do I Wear?
Always plan your outfits in advance! This makes things a bit less stressful when it’s time to take photos.
We recommend wearing coordinating colors. Not everyone needs to be wearing the same exact thing, we want to be able to capture who YOU are. Anything black or white is always a good choice, no matter what the season. We do recommend to not wear anything that is too similar in skin tone as that tends to make you look washed out.
We do ask that you keep everything as wrinkle free as possible and to avoid large logos. Sometimes they are a bit of a distraction. If needed, please bring a brush just in case hair becomes a little crazy due to wind - it happens.
What Happens After My Session?
Regardless of your photo session type, we do promise a quick delivery time! For regular family, and other portrait sessions, you can expect your photos to be finished within 2-3 weeks.
We edit every photo for to ensure the highest quality. We remove blemishes and other skin imperfections for our portrait sessions.
All clients will receive their own personal gallery link with password. You may download the gallery or individual photos an unlimited amount of times. All downloads are full resolution. Once received, you are free to share on social media and with friends. Feel free to also tag us!

Seasonal colors are welcome! Here are some examples to help get you started:
Fall: Brown, Maroon, Denim, Cream, Grey, Yellow, Navy, Black
Winter: Navy, Crimson, White, Glitter Reds, Tan, Denim, Grey
